1): Begin by installing VC_Redist x64. You can obtain it by following this link: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

2): Disable/Uninstall all 3rd Party antivirus and turn off real time protection - Windows Security > Virus And Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Real Time Protection [Off]

3): Uninstall Riot Vanguard & Face It Anti-cheat In Your Control Panel (If you have them downloaded)

4): Disable all overlay: fx gamebar (xbox), Medal TV, SteelSeries, Overwolf, Nvida, Discord Overlay (Disable in discord settings) etc
